Architecture Guidelines and Forms

The following documents are copies of the Rules, Regulations, and Architectural Guidelines documents you should have received when you purchased your residence.

Homeowner proposed projects require an Architectural Change Approval by the Chapel Grove HOA Board of Directors per the Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines documents.  You should allow 60 days to receive an approval.  However, the BOD’s Covenants and Architecture Committee may respond sooner, if you complete your application correctly and include all of the required information.

Before submitting your Architectural Change Request application, please use the following checklist to make sure that all required and supporting documents are included. This list will assist you in submitting a complete application and allow it to be reviewed in a timely manner by preventing its return for more information which could delay your planned project.
